1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after your order is placed.
- Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 2:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day.
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your package is prepared and handed off to our carrier.
2. Shipping Speed & Delivery
All of our products are shipped via ground delivery. Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our facility, it will typically arrive at your destination within 5 to 7 business days.
Please note: Delivery timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). While we do our absolute best to ensure prompt delivery, carrier delays caused by weather, high-volume seasonal rushes, or transit disruptions are outside of our direct control.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated, displayed, and added at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen speed.
4. Order Tracking
Once your tracking number is active (allow up to 24 hours after dispatch), you can monitor your fragrance package’s journey directly through the link provided in your shipment confirmation email.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We take great care in packaging your items securely so they arrive in pristine condition. However, Sage’s Scent Shop LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
- If your package arrives damaged, please save all original packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
