You have 30 days from the original date of purchase to request a return and obtain a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
- You must provide a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
3. Inspection & Processing
Once your return item is received at our facility, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria listed above.
- Approval: We will immediately notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the inspection.
- Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to officially post to your account.
4. Shipping Costs
Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.
